I thought I could sell my investment house privately but it was a disaster, so when Manuela took the initiative to contact me, it was a relief, and very soon after, her open homes and marketing were in full-swing. I had previously been to an open home that Manuela was holding, so I had seen her in action which gave me confidence that she knew the West and the buyers.

I met Manuela in August 2016 when I was looking to purchase a house. Although Manuela was acting for the vendor, she was extremely supportive to myself as a potential buyer. She was aware that I was a complete novice in terms of house purchasing, and made sure that I was informed every step of the way. She talked me through the auction process, and on Auction day, made the time to support me even whilst looking after her vendors, and other potential buyers. Following on from the purchase, I had an issue with a leaking hot water cylinder that had not been picked up on final inspection. Manuela went above and beyond her role in terms of acting as a liaison between myself and the vendor, even though at this point her duty of care to me had officially ended.

The thing I value most about Manuela is her obvious integrity. She loves her job, and tries to ensure that everyone involved is treated fairly. She is a real estate agent who is honest and has scruples, and I would not hesitate to recommend her (and often do, whenever I get the chance!)
